We request all guests' details upon booking to ensure a smooth check-in process. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in being denied entry to the community. In order for our guests to use the HOA amenities (4 lake access/beach areas, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, chalet), they need a guest pass. It is $2 for the guest pass, and it works for a group. To get a guest pass you just need to contact the HOA with the name of the group leader prior to their arrival. And then either you can pickup the guest pass and leave it at the house for the guests, OR the guests can pickup the guest pass if they want to use it. To be clear, anybody can golf at Lake Arrowhead and go to the restaurant/bar; you don’t need a guest pass to do those things. It’s mainly the 2 pools and 4 beaches on Lake Arrowhead. PLEASE NOTE: All guests are required to drop by the HOA Office upon check-in to pick up passes. There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and add the additional guest fees. Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly. Guests are advised to exercise caution when navigating outdoor spaces, especially in freezing temperatures. Use handrails where available and watch for potentially slippery areas. We have a security camera on the door bell facing outwards monitoring the entrances and exits of the property. Do not disrespect Neighbors. Please follow check-in and out instructions. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
