✦There are two bedrooms in the main floor and 3 more upstairs. ✦This is a duplex. Your entrance to the duplex is out front and the tenant below has their entrance at the back. Please do not go to the back to enter your apartment. ✦Maintenance staff are available to respond to your needs. ✦Security staff are available to respond as the need arises. ✦I am greatly looking forward to you enjoying your stay in Kansas City! This is an entire home and there is an apartment at the back too which is separate from this listing. Their entrance is on the side going to the back.

There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. Robert Gillham Park, also nearby, hosts many scenic walk/bike paths, picnic tables and other sporting activities. ★Homes around the park are a mixture of grand design and near a century old and modern buildings. Many have been creatively built onto the surrounding hills and bluffs. ★Soak in the comfort of old trees forming archways over the roads and walkways. ★All of the cities most popular attractions are just a stone throw away from the Loft. Everything can be reached in less than a 10 minute drive and there is great coverage with Uber and Lyft Drivers. I highly recommend visiting The Plaza, Westport, Power and Light, Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and Crossroads Arts District.
