You’ll enjoy a private bedroom, thoroughly cleaned and sparkling upon arrival. The common areas—such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and dining area—are shared and may not always be spotless since they are actively used by others throughout the day. We strive to maintain them well, but your private room is guaranteed clean and ready for you. ✅ While we don’t have a photo of the basement laundry area, please note it is a shared utility space that may be used by cleaners and other guests. It is fully functional but may not always be spotless. Thank you for your understanding. ✅ Trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink. A dumpster is located at the front of the house. Trash day is Tuesday—please take the dumpster to the curb and return it after collection. ✅ During colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and outdoor areas of the property. We provide salt or sand for de-icing, but weather conditions can change rapidly. ✅ Guests are advised to use caution outdoors in freezing temperatures.
