Welcome to your cozy, family-friendly retreat, just minutes from the Smoky Mountains! This single-level, dog-friendly home is designed for relaxation and convenience, ideal for families or groups. This property is nearby train tracks and we've received guest feedback that they can hear the train throughout the night. Unfortunately, we cannot control the train or the schedule ✔4 Bedrooms: Three with queen beds, and a fourth with a bunk bed, perfect for children. ✔Entertainment: 20” TV in the living room, plus children’s toys for family fun. ✔Dining & Seating: Dining table seats 8, with an additional high chair and 3 stools at the kitchen counter. ✔Master Suite: Private bathroom with bathtub. ✔Hallway Bathroom: Easily accessible to other bedrooms. ✔Outdoor Amenities: Front porch entry and a backyard firepit (unfenced). ✔Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. ★Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed ONLY.( NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS of any kind.) ★Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night. ★Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per per in addition to the pet rent fee. ★There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and add the additional guest fees. ★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost. ★Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property.
