📌It's a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful to the neighbors. Outside of that, I hope you enjoy your stay! 📌Please note that the city only allows 8 guests in the house. 📌Pet Fee is $25 per pet/per night. 📌There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and add the additional guest fees. 📌Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost. 📌Gas grill is propane only. Do NOT build wood or charcoal fires inside. The grill does not have a solid bottom and misuse can cause fire or explosion. Guests will be liable for damages. Improper use of the grill will result in a minimum $500 damage fee plus any repair or replacement costs. 🚫 Neighbor’s Pets – No Feeding Policy For the safety and health of nearby animals, guests are strictly prohibited from feeding or throwing any food, treats, or objects over the fence to neighboring pets. A nearby neighbor owns dogs with specific dietary needs, and outside food can cause serious illness. Please do not interact with, feed, or attempt to engage animals beyond the property boundary. Failure to follow this rule may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay if it leads to harm or complaints.
