Located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from a handful of restaurants, convenience stores. There is a lot to do in this community. - Each of the three Johnson Ranch community pools is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Key cards are REQUIRED upon entry to determine proof of residency. Pools are open daily from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Stardust Pool opens at 5:00 am for lap swim. - There are 31 parks throughout the community, 19 of which have play structures. Park hours are 6:00 am-9:00 pm.
Guest Access
There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.
