Each of the 6 beds is a queen with 2rooms dedicated to a couple and 2 rooms with Queen Bunks (limit 300 pounds on top bunk).

✔ Top bunk weight limit: 300 lbs ✔ No smoking inside the home ✔ No unauthorized parties or events ✔ Please respect neighborhood quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM ✔ If anyone smokes, Please smoke or vape outside on the patio. There will be a fee of $500 for anyone caught smoking inside to cover cost of renting ozone machine and lost revenue. ✔ Starter supplies provided (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, etc.) ✔ We take pride in offering clean, comfortable, reliable stays — whether you’re here short-term or long-term. ✔ Sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably ✔ Early check-in / late checkout may be available for an additional fee. ✔ There is a $15 charge per guest per night after the 4th guest. ✔ During colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and outdoor areas. We provide salt and sand for de-icing, but please use caution as weather can change rapidly. **We provide the first tank of propane for your convenience.
