Many residents in the lofts own or work in the workshops creating furniture, art, jewelry, architectural plans, and massive installation art. You will be amazed when you take the time to explore the area around the suite. ★All of the major mechanical (plumbing, electric, HVAC) have been recently overhauled in this building. You will enjoy all the modern conveniences and comforts of home.
